Digital Content EditorBill joined WJCT News in September of 2017 from The Florida Times-Union, where he served in a variety of multimedia journalism positions.
As WJCT's Digital Content Editor, Bill produces digital news content for WJCT.org, the station's smartphone app and social media. He also reports for 89.9 FM and occasionally works on videos for WJCT's media platforms.
He's covered stories ranging from presidents and community leaders to hurricane preparations and automotive news.
Bill also worked as the Digital Director at First Coast News, overseeing that station's website, apps and social media platforms.
He got his start as a TV news producer, working at stations including KRIV-Fox 26 in Houston, where he also served as the assistant news director, and at KESQ-ABC 3 in Palm Desert, Calif., where he was the station's news director.
Married with two grown children, Bill enjoys cars, motorcycles, community events and - most importantly - family and friends.
