Host, "Morning Edition" & Manager, Radio Reading ServiceMichelle Corum joined WJCT as "Morning Edition" host in 2012 and has worked in public broadcasting as an announcer and reporter for public radio stations in Lawrence, Kansas, and Interlochen, Michigan. She also manages WJCT's Radio Reading Service for sight-impaired listeners.
Her news and feature stories have aired on NPR and the Great Lakes Radio Consortium, and her newscasts have been recognized in the Florida AP Broadcasters Best Radio Newscast categories.
Michelle has experience in corporate communication in the metro D.C. area. She earned a master of science degree in administration from Central Michigan University in 2000 and holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Troy University in Alabama.
