Senate health committee passes "Charlotte's Web" medical marijuana bill: The Senate Health Care Policy Committee voted unanimously to permit prescription of a low-THC form of marijuana for medical use. (The Florida Current)

Hampton mayor resigns from jail: Hampton Mayor Barry Layne Moore resigned from jail yesterday as he awaits trial on drug charges. (CNN)

Jags QB Gabbert traded to 49ers: Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert has been traded to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a 6th round draft pick. (WJCT/AP)
