Do Florida voters want President Trump impeached?

Two UNF Public Opinion Research Laboratory polls are out this week. One shows Florida voters are evenly split down the middle as to whether they believe President Donald Trump should be impeached.  The other poll looks at how voters feel Gov. Ron DeSantis is doing along with other issues, including legalizing pot.

We spoke with UNF pollster Mike Binder about where Floridians stand on the issues.

'Food Town, USA'

Author Mark Winne joined us to explain what drew him to Jacksonville’s food scene and why he chose our city to be featured in his new book Food Town, USA: Seven Unlikely Cities That are Changing the Way We Eat. Winne will be speaking about the book in our area Friday evening.

First Coast Wind Symphony

The First Coast Wind Symphony is celebrating its 30th concert season this fall. Next week the symphony is  giving a free concert on the JU campus and bringing musicians from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts along. Artie Clifton, Music Director of the First Coast Wind Symphony, joined us for a preview along with Clarinetist Carla Forrest.
