The state’s largest medical cannabis operator and the country band The Bellamy Brothers are backing a 2024 ballot initiative that would legalize marijuana in Florida for recreational use.

Improving social determinants of health

Humana and Humana Military are teaming up to host a Collective Impact Summit this week in Jacksonville to collaborate with the community about ways to improve the social determinants of health for local residents and military families.

As students head back to class, Wolfson Children’s Hospital has launched a new program called Family Links to help connect families with resources to promote children’s health and well-being.

It is part of an ongoing effort to reach beyond the walls of the hospital to address health needs and barriers in the community.
