From a proposal for a new jail to a deal for a renovated Jaguars stadium, Jacksonville City Council President Ron Salem faces a full plate of billion-dollar projects. He joins us to discuss the road ahead.

Then, we talk with two former prisoners and their Florida Innocence Project lawyer about the human and financial cost of wrongful convictions.
