The planned 10-acre Shipyards West Park is planned between Catherine Street and Hogans Creek along the St. Johns River Northbank. That would place it across from Maxwell House as seen on this aerial image provided by the DIA. The future Museum of Science and History site is at the upper right; the Pier 1 site for the USS orleck ship museum and historic Fire Station 3 on the left along East Bay Street's new Downtown museum district between TIAA Bank Field and the Berkman Plaza.
