Cole Pepper's 'Man Dip' - A Recipe For Manliness

Patrick Donges

Need to boost your manliness this Super Bowl Sunday? We've got just the recipe for you. He's witty. He's urbane.  He's jovially bearded. And he's a notorious meat-eater married to a known pescatarian (true).

Above all else, Cole Pepper likes to get his Super Bowl on, and he does it with something called "man dip."

Yes, man dip.

This is not a recipe for the faint of heart, says the regular First Coast Connect sports contributor.

This Sunday, as the Seattle Seahawks take on the Denver Broncos at the Meadowlands, Cole will be whipping up the concoction, which he says is quite habit-forming.

So many listeners asked for the recipe after he mentioned it on First Coast Connect, that we had no choice but to oblige.

Cole Pepper joined First Coast Connect producer Sean Birch for a video lesson, followed by a taste test by WJCT staffers. The recipe is also printed below.
