Those interested in growing Downtown Jacksonville can chalk one more win, albeit a modest one.
The design and consulting firm Gresham, Smith & Partners is moving its office to the urban core.
More than 40 employees will be making the move from Belfort Road in December.
GS&P has been in Jacksonville for more than 25 years. Among the projects it has worked on are the CSX building at 550 Water Street and UF Health North.
The move is a sign of the company’s belief in Downtown, its leadership said.
