Forrest High to be renamed following vote: The class of 2014 will be the last to graduate from Nathan B. Forrest High School following a unanimous school board vote to rename the school. (WJCT)

Palm Coast enters state of emergency following tornado: Palm Coast has declared a state of emergency after a tornado touched down this weekend, damaging more than 160 homes. (News4Jax)

Jacksonville misses college football championship games: The NCAA selection committee announced Geldale, Ariz. and Tampa Bay will host the 2016 and 2017 college football national championship games respectively. (Jacksonville Business Journal)
