The Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, Mormon missionaries and a meth lab explosion are all in the headlines today.

The Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra is working to attract a younger audience. The orchestra is hosting a five-concert, members-only program called UpTempo that includes cocktail hours and after-parties in the membership price. (WJCT)

Bradford County mother upset that her son's kindergarten teacher left him in soiled underwear for over two hours. Brandy Roberts says her son was not allowed to use the restroom, and he wet his pants. She says the school did not contact her during school or after school to let her know that the incident occurred. (News4Jax)

Two Volusia County sheriff's deputies, a baby and two adults were injured in an explosion at a suspected meth lab Wednesday. George Wiggins, 25, and Laura Wiggins, 23, were both arrested after their injuries were treated. Both are charged with child neglect, manufacture of methamphetamine with a child present and trafficking in methamphetamine. (News4Jax)

Mormon missionaries coming to share "The Book of Mormon" with people coming to watch "The Book of Mormon." The Florida Jacksonville Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is sending 12 Mormon missionaries to the performances of the musical "The Book of Mormon" at the Moran Theater to hand out copies of "The Book of Mormon — Another Testament of Jesus Christ" and answer questions about the Mormon faith. Florida Supreme Court will have to decide the legal definition of sex. Florida law says that an HIV positive person must disclose the diagnosis prior to having sex with a partner. Florida law also specifically defines sex as an act that can only be committed between a man and a woman. An HIV-positive gay man is using that as his defense for why he should not be charged with violating the law since he did not have sex according to Florida law. (The Florida Times-Union)

Today on First Coast Connect, Susan Main, President of the Early Learning Coalition of Duval joins Melissa Ross to discuss the push to improve early learning programs on the First Coast, and Donna Orender, Founder of Generation W debuts the "Generation Works" Day of Service. The cast of "The Book of Mormon" previews the musical performing this weekend at the Moran Theater, and Kerry Speckman covers all of the other events happening Around Town.
