Plans for a new shopping center in Jacksonville Beach are moving forward after the city signed off on them.
The new center on Beach Boulevard will be on an 11,000 square foot parcel.
The site has 800 parking spaces and will feature a mix of established and new tenants.
The developers of the site say its about 60 percent leased, although they’re not yet naming which stores will be there.
The developer is the real estate firm Ashco. The company said it will break ground soon and construction should be done by December.
