Lydia Bell is president of Metro Gardens Neighborhood Association. She and other residents are suing the city of Jacksonville over the construction of a morgue in their neighborhood.

A group of Duval County residents has sued the city of Jacksonville over the construction of a morgue being built in their Brentwood neighborhood. The lawsuit accuses the city of violating the Neighborhood Bill of Rights by failing to give advance notice of the project or take feedback from residents.
