The Historical French Cuisine Of The First Coast

TEDxJacksonville

As we celebrate the 450th anniversary of the French landing in Northeast Florida, one aspect of this fascinating history is often overlooked — food.It turns out when the French arrived and established Fort Caroline they left their famous culinary skills at home.
