Donna Deegan, Founder of the DONNA Foundation and DONNA Marathon, former news anchor, and congressional candidate has long been presumed to be building a campaign for Jacksonville mayor.
This morning, Deegan made it official, filing to run as a Democrat in the citywide contest taking place in 2023. Her official press conference is later this morning.
