Security concerns as U.S.-China relations deteriorate

Against a backdrop of cyberattacks, nuclear tensions and trade disputes, a heightened feeling of insecurity and mistrust is shaping relations between the U.S. and China. We discuss this with Robert Daly, director of the Wilson Center’s Kissinger Institute on China and the United States, and Britt Hester, director of membership and communications for the World Affairs Council. Ethics legislation

The Florida Senate unanimously approved a bill that critics say could dismantle Florida's ethics laws. As the measure advances through the House, resistance is mounting at both the state and local levels. Jacksonville City Council member Matt Carlucci provides insights.
