The children’s book And Tango Makes Three was the first to return to school libraries after Nassau County Public Schools officials agreed to settle a legal case. In all, 36 previously removed books are going back on the shelves in school libraries after a four-month battle ended. We sit down with the attorney who recently won a key settlement in the local “book ban” lawsuit.
