Forty-two years after joining First Coast News in 1982, Chief Meteorologist Tim Deegan signs off for the last time this Friday. As he passes the meteorological mantle to longtime colleague and First Coast News morning anchor Lew Turner, we hear their reflections on the evolving challenge of weather forecasting and the moments that make the experience worthwhile.
