A new analysis by the Union of Concerned Scientists puts Florida in the cone of concern for increased flooding risks to broad segments of critical infrastructure. The report identifies the First Coast bridges, hospitals and sewage treatment plants expected to begin flooding as often as twice a year by 2050. We learn what infrastructure is at risk and how the city is preparing for the threat.
